FMLA

The Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is a federal law that requires organizations with 50 or more employees and public companies of all sizes to allow employees to take unpaid leave to care for ill family members – or to recover, if they themselves are ill. The law also requires that when such employees return from leave, they come back to the same or substantially similar positions.

Just because I hate to be reminded of how I pull my emotional dump-truck up people and shout help...then dumpenzie!

Nothing personal I just delete...it's just the way I am...a deleter...or as King George would say, "I am the Deleterer". I should be President...no you should be President...naw that would suck if we had to that job...all though I'm open for offers.

love you mat
